The New Polis is offered by The Whitestone Foundation dba Whitestone Publications, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization registered in the state of Colorado.
It is a peer-reviewed online journal published bi-annually in PDF format.
The New Polis is published in partnership with the University of Denver. It not only publishes refereed academic articles, but also sponsors online webinars and seminars including its so-called “Critical Conversations” featuring international scholars.
The New Polis also publishes an an e-supplement in blog format that pre-publishes certain articles, announces conferences, or offers content that is not necessarily appropriate as full journal articles.
The e-pub version has been published since February 2018.
